This part-time position will report directly to the Town Administrator bringing in specialized and detailed experience to help on projects including but not limited to: maintaining grant status with VDOT, producing monthly project status report for Council, developing and managing project schedules, controlling project costs, developing and maintaining communications plan, providing quality management and quality assurance on projects. Minimum ten years of experience managing projects in a Virginia municipality. Must have experience working with Loudoun County Government and VDOT.
