REMINDER: Monthly Utility Billing Begins in April 2024

Monthly Billing

Following a public hearing held on February 21, the Town Council approved implementing monthly billing, effective April 2024.

What does this mean to you?

  • More timely information about your water/sewer use.
  • Less delay in uncovering possible leaks based on your usage month to month.
  • The ability to include your utility bill in your monthly household expenses.

How is it going to work? You will receive your water/sewer bill each month with a payable date of the 5th of the following month.

Want to make it easier? Sign up for paperless billing and pay by text or auto pay through Invoice Cloud. If you register for any of these payment options, there is no fee charged to our customers. Visit our website, www.roundhillva.org, and click on Pay My Bill to take advantage of this service.

If you are already an Invoice Cloud user, please review your recurring payments or auto pay selections to ensure your payments coincide with the new monthly schedule.
